Jim is the best! We lost our mother a few months ago, we shopped around for a memorial for a whole month and a half. nobody was being very helpful and most of the people I talked too were so rude and impatient. I talked to Jim, had a meeting at the shop on A st with the woman who works there, then Jim and I met again to finalize everything We wanted. He's awesome and very helpful. We're all still mourning the loss of our mother so working with someone who's patient makes all the difference. Jim, your appreciated!!

Friendly, helpful and extremely good. Very nice. Obviously if you're going in this place you've just been through tragedy. Very great work, plenty of ideas to help with choices. If you're lucky enough to get a slab of stone already on stock then I guess the wait time till its ready is shorter, if you need your slab to be ordered than I guess it takes a while longer till it can be done. Overall good experience cause Mr Martin is very so knowledgeable
