I can't say enough great things about this company and the people that they choose to work for them. I've used them three or four times every time has just been a blessing they come in and take care of it all and make it so easy. I just can't thank them enough I would absolutely go with them again and plan on calling them for my next project.
I had contacted In Demand Plumbing for what seemed to be issues with low water pressure from the water line into my refrigerator. A tech was dispatched and he diagnosed the issue as the in wall valve feeding the water line to the refrigerator. The next day Alberto was dispatched to replace the valve. Alberto completed the job quickly with care taken to clean up the area he worked in. His professionalism was top shelf. Upon testing the repair, the water pressure was still low. Alberto asked if he could look under my kitchen sink to check the water line. It turned out that the water line's valve switch was not fully open. Alberto pulled the valve switch closed, pushed it open, and the water pressure was restored to the refrigerator line. It turned out that no repair was actually needed. Thankful as I am for the service, the replacement wasn't actually needed and I was billed a bit above $700 as quoted by the tech who visited the day before. I did express dissatisfaction with the billing. Jeff reached out to me and remedied the situation by reducing the price of the job significantly. I truly appreciate that In Demand Plumbing prioritizes the satisfaction of their patrons. I will continue to contact then when I am in need if plumbing services.
We're renters and our water heater went out. In Demand sent out Jesus & he was so awesome to work with. Wanted to give us quality work and he was quick! He also found another leak we were aware of but we were not aware of it needing to be fixed, he added it to his list and was able to fix it same day! Definitely recommend using them!
