Great auto shop for my Mercedes. The C300 was overheating sometimes, but not all the time. So, I needed a diagnosis and repair. From start to finish, the team took care of me. Tiffany was great at guiding me through the steps and explaining what needs to be done. The technician, Joe, did great work diagnosing and repairing the car. He was patient with all of my questions. When things got really complicated, Ian (shop owner) was able to dig through his decades of Mercedes knowledge and solve the problem. Autohaus also stands by their 3 year warranty. I had the most amazing experience and while these repairs can be costly and can be stressful, Tiffany was able to put me at ease and get me back on the road. She catered to my every need and was very polite and genuine. Advice and workmanship you can trust, Eastbay Auto Haus two thumbs up. They also offer a 3 year warranty with nationwide towing, and I travel so much that I this made my decision even easier to make this my go to shop.

Best experience I’ve ever had, fixed my problem in 2 days, great price, great service, phenomenal overall. Also cleaned the car for free & fixed small issues at no cost for me. Will definitely recommend everyone goes here, expertise in the german car industry is heavily needed in this area. So I’m glad I had a great experience here.
