I mistakenly accused Drain Doctors of abusing my 92 year old neighbor who has cancer. When Denny and I walked under the house I pointed out to him there was no rust or corrosion in the main drain. He pointed out that the corrosion was inside the cast iron pipe. His bid was much, much higher than competitors but he was bidding on a long-term solution to the problem while the competitors bid on a shorter term solution. I was trying to save my neighbor money.I apologize to Denny and I apologize to Drain Doctors. Once the details of the Drain Doctor bid made sense to us we decided to go with them.I insulted Denny deeply for misguided reasons. I am deeply, deeply sorry I did this. Denny is a fine man with excellent skills and I now respect him a great deal. I am just so, so sorry for my accusations and I hope that Denny and Drain Doctors can forgive me.Bob Byrne
