Seriously need to make sure you have an hour or two to wait to be seen! Absolutely ridiculous they book appts with patients and make them wait so long knowing what their schedule looks like!
Our family has been using this clinic for decades starting with Dr. Grosserode who has always been a fantastic ophthalmologist for our family. We now seen Dr. Ong for our optrometry visits for eye and vision checks and new prescriptions. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ong for my annual check and she was amazing. While their office is very busy, I was very satisfied with the time she spent with me, that she listened to my concerns and explained everything sufficiently. I am also very happy with both the front and back office staff who are very efficient and friendly. I will continue to use California Eye Clinic for me and my family for many years to come.
