Excellent service by Blue Star! We got on their schedule in just a few days after the call to them; they showed up on time and after their inspection, we were quoted a price and they were able to fix it immediately. Can't beat this service!
The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. My older AC system needed a couple of pounds of R22, and he added stop-leak and UV dye as well to minimize future refrigerant loss, and help find any leakage if it does occur. The service I received was everything I expected, and price was fair.

Jeff has fixed our AC earlier. He works hard to diagnose the correct problem to solve (and he is very good at it) so customer does not end up paying for repairs that are not needed. He had come in earlier to fix up our heating when it failed during winter, installed our Google Nest thermostats (I upgraded from the Phillips ones that came with our original HVAC system), and now fixed a contact problem with our AC unit. Prices are very reasonable for the high quality work he does.
