I contacted Blue Star Heating & Air Conditioning today to inquire about repairs, a new system, and general advice for my home. Despite my home being outside their service area, they still took the time to assist and educate me on my options. I had the pleasure of speaking with Pilar for about 18 minutes, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I'm a contractor who works and lives in Trilogy @ Rio Vista. Dennis came to our house and evaluated the A/C unit that was originally installed. He was able to do a Title 24 calculation and determine that a 3 1/2 ton unit would service our square footage. We had a 3 ton that never kept up when the temps rose above 90 outside. Today the service team, Trevor Travis and Gabe set us up right. They were thorough, professional and courteous. Dennis came by to schedule an estimate. I got a timely response after putting in a request for a consultation to replace my existing home's existing ac and heating on blue star's website. Dennis was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding install. He and I both agreed that installing a heat pump was a recommended solution along with a new air handler to replace my gas furnace. The quote I got was super competitive compared to other quotes we received. We scheduled install for a Friday and Travis and Terry arrived on time.
