About Antioch Center Lab
Antioch Center Lab, part of Sutter Urgent Care, offers thorough and professional medical services for children and adults. Patients can make appointments online and will be seen by qualified healthcare professionals, such as Nurse Practitioner Tia, who are described as wonderful, thorough, and sweet with young patients. The center provides a range of tests, including COVID-19, RSV, and influenza, all of which can be done with a single swab. Follow-up calls are made to ensure patients' well-being. However, some patients have reported issues with billing and suggest that Sutter Urgent Care's billing practices may not be consistent or transparent. It is recommended to check and understand the billing process before undergoing any tests. Dr. Ghasemi is another healthcare provider at the center who is praised for her kindness and understanding towards her patients. Overall, Antioch Center Lab provides comprehensive medical care with a focus on patient well-being, although there may be concerns regarding billing practices.
Amazing very time! The staff is Awesome the doctor's fantastic. I see these guys more than I see my own doctor. Why because it's easier. I just love how they treat you. It couldn't be better!
Made an appointment online. My daughter and I checked in the EzCheck was seen by NP Tai who was wonderful w/ my 10year old. Asked her questions and spoke to her about her symptoms and her general condition. NP Tia was thorough, professional, and sweet to my daughter. She explained everything and symptoms to note if she felt she wasn't feeling better. Gave a her sense of ease and relief. Antioch is a bit of a drive but was well worth for the service we received. We also got a follow up call to let us know her tests were good. I'd come back for sure! MAs front and back of the office were nice and accommodating as well. The visit took less then 45mins including wait time. Kudos Sutter Urgent Care!
I am very disappointed in the care I should've received. Dr. Shariati was very blunt and her bed side manner needs work. She came into the room asking "is your eye glued shut?" When I was there for 2 concerns, that of a stye and having possible pink eye. I was told because my eye wasn't "glued" shut I didn't have an infection. I was then told she couldn't help me as urgent care was the wrong place, I needed to see an eye doctor. The next day my optometrist fit me into her schedule just to diagnose me with PINK EYE! A simple urgent care visit that cost me $30 in a copay ended up costing me a total of $50 (and additional $20 was paid to the optometrist) I am so disappointed by the lack of care I received.
