Excellent customer service! Alex went above and beyond expectations. He went out of his way to help my family during the hottest days of the summer when he could have easily pushed our A/C issue back to a more convenient time for him. It is easy to see Alex knows what he is doing as he had parts picked up and the repair complete the same day. He was referred to us by a friend (thank you!) and we will do the same if anyone asks about who they can trust with an HVAC issue!

I was referred to High Performance by a neighbor and I could not be happier with my experience. The customer service I received was top notch. I loved the clear communication I received throughout the process and they made getting a new HVAC system as stress free as possible. Alex had some great suggestions for us. We originally wanted to upsize a duct in our living room but Alex suggested upsizing the duct in our bedroom instead. I’m so glad he made this suggestion. With the new system being far more efficient we would have been freezing in the living room. His suggestion made it so that our house as a whole is now more comfortable.
