They found two spots with issues and stayed until the job was done... finding of all things a rock in one of the downspouts! The recent storm in NCAL noticed some overflowing in some gutters and called them to inspect the guards - because it is dusty in our area and the tile roof, this may have caused some minor clogging of the drainspout. Also the 2nd floor gutter was overflowing too so I called and also left a message for Jason and he came the following day and found and put a temporary patch so we would not run into any issue until the permenant fix. on 12/23/2024 Richie came in and replaced the temporary patch with the permenant solution.
