I utilized this company through our home warranty policy. I received a very quick call back from Alex who I assume is the owner. During the winter months most HVAC companies are days behind schedule. He was able to get a technician out to the house within eight hours. Victor showed up at exactly the time promise. He was very polite and went right to work. Fortunately it was not a major issue, however, he quickly identified the problem and had the heater up and running within 20 minutes. The unit is approximately 25 years old and I'm sure it is on its last run. They were hired through our home warranty company (Old Republic) to perform some repairs on our air conditioner. We had already had another company look at what needed to be done, so it was just a matter of them double-checking, ordering the parts, and doing the work. Everything went pretty smoothly, and now our A/C is working well. I only knocked off one star because I had to follow up a couple of times after the initial diagnostic to find out if they had ordered the parts, when they would arrive, and when the work was going to be done. Otherwise I'm very happy with them.
When Frank and Marshall came to check out our old system they were very thorough and professional, they explained what was wrong and gave us options, they didn't try to upsell or use a bunch of language that a non-HVAC person wouldn't understand, very polite and informative. When our system was installed the whole crew was professional and courteous, they willingly answered any questions we had. I had worked the night before so had to sleep through part of the install and I didn't get woken up once and when they were done they left absolutely no mess behind whatsoever .I would definitely recommend this company.
