I own McCandless Painting in Sonora/Groveland and we’ve turned to Pinnell’s many times for our and our customer’s carpeting needs. This has ranged from full replacements to small repairs.

Most recently and why I felt compelled to write a review, we called Pinnell’s needing tack strip installed around a new cabinet we installed, and the carpet stretched back into place to the new strip. They were able to use a local contact to get us taken care of the SAME DAY! Nothing short of exceptional. Not sure they can always get to it that fast, but even once in a blue moon will keep us coming back.

Recently we moved here to Sonora and purchased a home, I walked in the store and was greeted by Jeff and had a wonderful experience picking carpet and being explained the costs/benefits of which carpets and padding were available. Jeff did such an amazing job getting this whole thing expedited for us and taking care of it before we moved. All of the other employees I interacted with were great as well. This place has great service and good value for the money you spend.
