Terrible job on cleaning our couch. Paid 175 and it still smells, stains on couch and all the cracks are filled with dog hair and the side and back of our couch was never done because stains are still there. ( we took pictures before and after).Smells like it was cleaned with water.Service: Pet stain & odor removal
Excellent cleaning! I’ve had our carpets done before by another professional company here and it didn’t come out good at all. I had thought it was just our carpet but this company made the carpet white again! Jenny in the office is very sweet and professional and the owner did the work. Couldn’t be happier with this family run business. Highly recommend!
I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am. At 9:15 when no one had shown up, I called the office and got voice mail where I left a message. At 9:45 when I still hadn't gotten a call from anyone, I called to cancel. At 9:56, I received a call from the office telling me the van had broken down on the side of the road and could they please, please make it up to me by rescheduling at 8 am the next morning. I told her that someone should have called me well before an hour after my appointment was scheduled especially since I had already left 2 voice mails. They showed up at 8:10 the next morning, again without a phone call. I asked them to leave without doing the job.
