I broke my femur with a spiral femur fracture. I am 70 years old and very active person.(swim 3 miles per week )and I have a landscape business. My complaint is not with the therapist that have been helping me along for the last 2 1/2months but with the owner Theresa. She has never worked with me once, and on my last day of therapy , she told me that my pain was all in my head, and that I was imagining it all. WOW!! So even though I cannot walk up or down stairs and cannot walk on uneven ground or downhill, and still cringe when I bend my knee, according to her, I am a fake??? WOW again. This is called Medical gaslighting!! I would like her to break her femur and see if she feels pain after only three months recovery. Look up Medical gaslighting so you understand! Thank you

Pinnacle physical therapy is a wonderful place to receive top care. Theresa takes the time to thoroughly explain each step. Her staff is so professional and accommodating. Kylie is a whiz at customer service. She goes above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule. The entire team takes Infection Prevention and Safety very seriously and does a perfect job of adhering to COVID-19 guidelines with screening, hand hygiene, masks, sneeze shields and one direction patient flow of traffic. I feel very safe at a Pinnacle Physical Therapy plus I'm having tremendous results with Rehabilitation.

After living with immense pain for 6 years I found myself under the care of Pinnacle P/T. I tried chiropractic, massage, acupressure and acupuncture all with limited relief from the muscle pain in my mid-back. After 8 treatments and lots of probing questions by the therapist to get to the root of the problem I am no longer in excruciating pain at the end of the day. Highly recommend Pinnacle Physical Therapy!!

I would give less marks if I could. So, I over paid my bill based on the receptionist's statement to me stating what my insurance would cover. Albeit, I paid on March 20, 2019, I have yet to get a statement. I did receive my insurance summary of what I should have paid. I called Pinnacle today, spoke with a Sharon who said Sheri, the book keeper is in on Mon, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Mind you, it is Wednesday. She takes my information and tells me if I don't hear from her on Monday, I should call back. To speak to someone in their accounting, it becomes a second job since calling someone back who at least more than paid their bill is a requirement of Pinnacle. Here is my advice, don't pay them a dime until your insurance verifies what you should pay and wait for a bill from Pinnacle to make sure it matches. My next step if I don't see an invoice or summary from Pinnacle is to file with the state for bad business practices. It is not my job to chase after their book keeper for either a billing or receipt. People watch the time you truly are with your physical therapist and watch the billing.
