They have replaced a couple of faulty water heaters inside our rental properties. They have always been prompt and efficient with ordering necessary equipment, showing up in a timely manner, and making installation easy. Paying over the phone and billing department works with the local banks and is very helpful when the property manager is unable to show up in person. Will be using them in the future.
Another great service call. As always, they are here when they say they will be, and solve the problem quickly. Many thanks to Daniel, the service tech, for getting us out of a spot once again.
