Joe, the Integrity technician, came out to service our heat pump before the summer season. Joe was professional, conscientious, thorough, and certified to work on our system. We’ve been using Integrity Heating, Air, and Solar for several year for maintenance on our heat pump and our standby generator. Both their office staff and their field staff, like Joe, have always been courteous and customer service oriented, and skilled.

We are very happy with our service today. Even though it couldn't be fixed right away he was very honest and helpful about the whole process so far. I really hope he is the that comes back to finish the job
I always get great service from Integrity Heating and Air. They came out and did a maintenance service on my Generac Generator. They are very professional, courteous and very thorough.
