I always get great service from Integrity Heating and Air. They came out and did a maintenance service on my Generac Generator. They are very professional, courteous and very thorough.
During the big heat wave of 2024 my central air unit went down. This team responded to my needs quickly. Although I could have put a band-aid on my unit and get it working again, I chose to purchase a new unit. This team helped me throughout the process. After about a week of installment ( I had new duct work installed) my new system was up and running. From my research, Integrity was fair on their prices, gave me good options, and let me choose the route I wanted to take. Previously, I had gotten a quote with different company and they were very pushy in their sales tactics. This was not the case with Integrity, everything was done at my pace. This was our first time replacing an AC unit. I have to say this experience is much like buying a car. These businesses will sell you anything at any price. Do your research and find someone that quotes what works for you.
We got quotes from multiple businesses and integrity was by far the most accommodating and knowledgeable for our us. Keith came by and really dove into our options. There wasn't any sort of sales pitch with a flip book of pre written options. He was familiar with our existing system and clearly knew what he was talking about.
