“My son hates haircuts, he doesn’t like anything on or around his head (sensory issue). The woman Chrystal working was above and beyond amazing. She made me feel seen as a mom just trying to get a wild little boys hair cut. She offered him drinks, toys, followed him around the shop trying to see if he’d wear the cape and let her get close to his head, just a little. She did all of this running around with a smile on her face🥹 I regret not giving her a tip even though we couldn’t accomplish a hair cut today, we made a baby step. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life for my son❤“
