Update for second half of maintenance plan for furnace inspection: Patrick came out to perform an inspection on my furnace as part of my maintenance plan and I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He arrived on time, was friendly and respectful, and explained everything he was doing in a clear and helpful way.
