This place is amazing. They are so professional with educated doctors and updated equipment.
Keep in mind that this facility is for 2nd & 3rd year students in Optometry school, so you shouldn't expect them to be complete experts. However, there is a doctor on hand that will come in and verify everything.On the plus side, they tend to run every test imaginable. Definitely a plus if you have not had a thorough exam in a while. On the negative side, this tends to drastically increase the time it takes for an eye exam. On average, plan for an hour + for the exam itself. The other problem is that there is a greater chance for error. This place was a God send! They were sooooo thorough, kind, and empathetic. They truly listened to us and our overall health concerns, not just regarding the eyes. The customer service was impeccable! They truly went above and beyond. Dr. Bansal also followed up with us some days later to see how my daughter was doing with her symptoms abc after brainstorming with some other colleagues regarding her mysterious eye discharge and pain. Her care team helping her, Jacob and Yasmine, were so nice! They helped keep my daughter preoccupied during the exam for sure! She was excited she got to pick from their treasure box.
