I hardly ever leave reviews, but Isabell at Ulta absolutely deserves recognition! I went in just to pick up a few things, unsure of exactly what I needed. Isabell approached me with a warm, friendly attitude and genuinely asked if I needed help. She listened to all my questions patiently, never once rushing me, and gave thoughtful recommendations tailored to what I was looking for. Came in to the store today as a guy who thought it was mostly a store for girls with the help of Clarissa she made me feel comfortable and at ease and she was funny as well. She really educated me on the different perfumes and colognes and ingredients it has and I left with a b day gift and a gift for myself thanks Clarissa

Thank you To Angelica For Going above and beyond for me I was able to go home with The Creme Shop Hello Kitty blemish patches after being told they cancelled my order for being out of stock she was able to find one for me in the back storage
