We had a coupon for a deal for " cable only " opening of a clogged drain (guaranteed )and our kitchen drain was BADLY clogged. Giovanni and his trainee came out to our place. We also had a drip in the under sink plumbing. So they tried snaking the drain with their 35 foot snake. Then Giovanni told me that they hit a "bunch of dirt" and that I " probably need a new sewer pipe which would cost a few thousand dollars. I tried to snake the drain just prior to them and found only greasy sludge, so I was a skeptic. I asked them to go in again because I wanted to see this " dirt." He wanted me to walk in and turn on the water. I called out for my husband to do it so that I did not walk away. They snaked.. not vigorously. Clean water came out. I questioned their honesty. Then they recommended another solution: aquajet at a rate twice of that their competitors charge. I declined. They did not fix the leak under the sink. Although the PVC had nothing wrong with it they wanted to put new pieces on. You see the trend. Long story short... My brother brought over his 50 foot motorized snake and opened the blockage fine and I applied plumbers putty to the pipe connection that was leaking. Why the 2 stars? True to their coupon they did not charge because they could not clear it. And they were on time.

We have used them a couple times and both times have been happy with their service. Their last visit was on August 1st for a leak in the kitchen. We didn't realized how bad it was and they were the ones that had Four Square come in and start to dry our kitchen the same day. Thank you for being so through. Hello, Today December 29th just before 12:00pm truck 1613 almost caused an accident with me on the 405 North freeway. Instead of getting behind me to get off on Beach Blvd, they tried to squeeze between the myself and the car in front of me. I had to slam on my brakes. Once they realized they could not squeeze in they sped up to cut off the the car in front of me. It should be known that there was plenty of room for them to get behind me to get off the freeway. I hope you encourage your drivers to use a GPS System and drive carefully.

My call was answered by a rude "Ana" who sounded really upset after I asked her who I was speaking to. It felt like I was such a bother so I just hung up. If they come on rude even after saying their gomisny name, my business will definitely be going somewhere else!

Called a few other places before Titan and they refused to give me an estimate on a shower drain cleaning. Titan on the other hand gave me an estimate and we're able to come out the next day. They sent Kyle here and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He went over and cleared my drain fast and efficiently. I recommend this company for their transparency in prices and customer service. Plus they include a 30 day warranty. 10/10.

Absolutely no idea how competent or honest these guys may be as plumbers because I never got past the evil 20somethingish shrew who answered the phone and refused to even tell me if they would honor their OWN mailed coupon. Called back and asked to speak to Guillermo Hernandez, the registerd owner, and the Little Princess hung up on me. Called a competetor plumbing company and was glad I did. They were ALL polite and got the job done that same day.
