Our inspector/tech was Ruben. He was on-time, professional, courteous and very meticulous. Ruben did a very thorough inspection, pointing out different issues at our house. He made a point of differentiating between work that was NEEDED to halt an active termite infestation and work that was RECOMMENDED to prevent future infestation. He gave us other helpful suggestions to reduce the chances of future infestation. I was very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. I highly recommend Ruben and No-Nonsense for any termite problems.
Omar, the Pest Control Technician went above & beyond to get rid of the bugs that are trying to take over my apartment. He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough & helpful.I hope that this company continues to hire hard working people like Omar!
