New location. Various services such as braiding, blowouts, barber, waxing, skin care, nails, and even a makeup academy. The place is pretty clean and well kept. This place is a little gem on Lincoln Ave at the Anaheim Towne Center. There's another Phenix in the same city, but this one is right next to Vons.
