My husband and I live out of town right now. We needed to have flooring installed in our rental. I contacted New York Carpets and Flooring and Alsion helped me by selecting flooring and berber carpet for the unit. It looks so beautiful and it hasn't even been painted yet. The process was seamless. The time line was perfect and Alison stayed in touch with us during the process. I am very happy with the helpfulness of Alison and the quality of work.
Wonderful experience! My wife and I were working with Mike over the last couple of months. Every time we went to go look at carpet options, he always gave us his full attention and really wanted us to be happy. He never pressured us and was always transparent about our options. He was always swift in responding to our questions, whether by text or in person. They just installed our new carpet today and they did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend!
I was recommended New York Carpets by a family friend, so I already had high expectations. When I walked in and was greeted by Mike, I already felt good about my decision. He was personable and knowledgeable. After ordering the carpet, communication was prompt and clear as to scheduling the installation. On the day of, a crew showed up and went straight to work and were so efficient that the job was done in half a day. I’m extremely happy to have chosen New York Carpets to replace my 12-year old carpet…it is so beautiful and plush!
