This place is awesome don't let the one star reviews change your mind. The owner runs a business and does excellent to keep the place clean yes he talks alot and he talks loud and you ha e to listen to him sometimes he repeats himself but it's because people don't listen just check it out yourself it's one of a kind I really enjoy the jacuzzi and the sauna.

There is never a time when I don't want to go to Neptune's. It's therapeutic if you have arthritis, it's relaxing when your stressed out, it's a great place for a date. The owner is very knowledable about , well, everything.He takes his time to tell you what's expected of you,a lot of easy rules to follow....like how to make sure you keep the jacuzzis clean, he will know if your wearing any type of skin or hair products ,the jacuzzi itself will tell on you, and you'll be charged a cleaning fee (ouch) )( shower before you come or use the convienent private showers already in your private room) Neptune's has been here ever since... read full review

Yes the gentleman is talkative. If you listen to what he is saying he is making sure that you enjoy your experience from when you walk in to when you walk out.My experience was invigorating and relaxing.WHY because we LISTENED. .... No bubbles!!!
