I went in yesterday to get my gel x nails off and get a gel manicure. After asking for rounded nails 3 times, the nail tech still gave me squared nails. After declining dip nails 3 times, I asked to see gel polish in which the nail lady showed me sparkly/glitter nail colors and I asked if they had any solid/plain colors. She said she didn't have any that's why she said I should get dip. I hesitated and finally agreed and you could tell I was frustrated. She put the base of the dip on and while sitting there another client asked to see gel color which the nail tech brought over solid colors which I felt I was lied to just to get corned into getting dip.
