Meridian Sports Medicine and Pain Clinic: Chin Se Kim, MD

This clinic misdiagnosed the patient and the customer service was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The care and comfort the staff and Dr. Kim exhibit is top notch!
I trust them with my Pain issues and my 95 yo Mother...that says something.

I have been to Dr Kim’s office over 7 years due to my injuries by a car accident. Dr. Kim knows has two board certifications and he is doing his job best. Their entire team are also very kind and knowledgeable. I am grateful for everything they have done for me.

I like the doctor here. He is very professional and kind. I already feel a lot better. People who work here are all kind and helpful.

I have been bringing my parents to DR.Kim's clinic for a long time due to their ongoing pain issues. DR. Kim is always kind, professional, and compassionate, and we truly appreciate his care.
However, I had a very upsetting experience with one of the receptionist during our visit on the morning of June 6, When I tried to reschedule an appointment for my parents, the receptionist wearing black clothes rudely yelled at me to say my parent's date of birth one number at a time. When I asked her to write down the new appointment time, she told me to write it myself in a very rude manner.
I was so shocked and uncomfortable that I could't respond at the time, but the experience has stayed with me and still makes me feel very upset. It's unfortunate that such unprofessional behavior at the front desk could overshadow the excellent service provided by Dr. Kim.
I truly hope the clinic takes this seriously, as respectful communication is just as important as medical care.

Came in for a stem cell shot. Was promptly seen by Dr. Kim who was very professional and made me feel at ease. The front desk was also cordial and very helpful. The medical center also has their own MRI and their own blood lab.

I like the doctor here because he explains things well and is kind.Even the painful area is healed right away... but the hospital system seems to be the problem.

If you walk in, they tell you to arrive by 11 o'clock, but you have to wait about 2 hours.

I don’t understand why they use this outdated system?? Please change the way you operate to modern times.

The doctor is good, but the system is messed up.

You need to train your employees on how to answer the phone/speak more kindly at the counter.I made a reservation, but waiting for more than an hour seems like a big problem.Please change the system so that minor mistakes do not cause problems to the reputation of the hospital and the doctors.
