John was the best!!Our family appreciated all the staff at Melrose Abbey for comforting us and having the service go smoothly. We are forever grateful ♥️🙏🏼. It would be nice for you to have a piano or organ though. Most families do use this for a service.
With great sadness as I write this...My father recently passed away and we came across Melrose Abbey. Abigail herself was a blessing and the biggest help to my family and I. She explained the process thoroughly, she was so responsive to all of our calls and emails. She was able to get all the necessary paperwork and she happily obliged with all of our requests. The place itself was clean, everything was done on time, Abigail and her staff were so kind, empathetic, patient and really helped us through this difficult time. This is a tough time in people's lives because they have to say goodbye to their loved ones, and there is so much that needs to be done, but Abigail made the process so easy. Her communication was exceptional and made things much easier to process.
Although it was tough to hear inside the room, the livestream was excellent, and our guests were able to listen to our speakers clearly
