I have never been to a more prompt and accommodating office. I recently switched insurances and I was given a huge runaround and a difficult deadline to accommodate with choosing a primary care doctor, and I'm so glad I went with Dr. Dinh. I was in a tough transition with health insurance because I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy. I was able to call and set up an appointment for the very next day, and even given several options for a time. The office was super helpful in accommodating my situation. The nurse that took my height and blood pressure was super friendly and kind. Dr. Dinh himself was also kind, thorough in examining my health, and making sure that I am receiving the best and safest care for both me and my baby. I'm looking forward to being a part of this family practice for years to come with my growing family.

My dad, my mom, my husband, and I all are Dr. Dinh's patients. He is the best family doctor there is. Always professional and attentive to your needs. The office staff are also very nice. When we got sick, we were always able to get the same day appt to see the doctor. Please do call to check their availability before complaining about the 2-hour wait. If you see no one in the waiting room, it doesn't mean the doctor is not busy. I understand you had to take a day off work, but it does not mean you have a higher priority to be seen before other patients with appointment.

So I have been seeing this doctor for almost two year. Not that I visit every month or two months. I haven't visit him since last year. Not that something is wrong with this doctor. So I walked in today on 07/17 coz I wasn't feeling good since yesterday. I didn't make any appointment because I took my day off from work so I can see doctor so I didn't had time to make an appointment. I walked in at 11:10 am and I waited almost 2 hours in my room to see doctor. I been told that don't know when doctor will see you even through they had only one patience left. I left without seeing doctor and they wouldn't mind at all. Really professionalism. I think doctor forgot his oat when he became a doctor while just thinking about making money.

dr dinh is a total pro. he listens carefully and doesn't rush you out the door. they take about every insurance and seem to care more about helping people rather than just grabbing a bunch of money. office staff is nice. the shopping center this place is in scares people off.. too bad for them. it's hard to find good doctors in this part of Anaheim so I'm not going to have a meltdown because they are in an old shopping center. walls in the clinic are paper thin so be prepared for that and deal with it. place is clean. pizza joint several doors down is good. if going to the doctor stresses you out, go take at look at the amazing fabric store in the parking lot.. it's a good place to chill out and look around.

Was a little skeptical because of the location, but the doctor and staff were super friendly and kind. Went on a weekday morning, and the wait time was almost nonexistent :D I was in and out in under 30 mins.

This place is awesome. Never had a problem. I changed doctor recently and i love it. Its pretty far from my area but i get great service all the time. The nurse and front desk is nice, doctor is nice. I can't complain. The nurse takes my weiggt height blood pressure as usual. Doctor uses a laptop for his information which is different from my old school family doctor. Smh. Doctor chinh is very attentive to my needs. He offers different options. I dont know i just always have good visits. Im so glad my insurance placed me here. The location is a bit shady. Im very grateful that there is a Walgreen at walking distance. I dont have to drive to a pharmacy. They have ac in here!

This place opens at 9am! right now it's 9:17am and i am still waiting outside the door. Smh! pros: 1. near my house 2. one of the employees is nice (ruben i think) cons: 1. don't come at open hour (9am) because according to the doctor, you need to make an appointment 1st. - my comment to this is that why do you open at 9am when you don't plan to be here at that hour? 2. my dad is having a really bad cold and wants some medicines. he needs to go back to work asap. the doctor claims only bad physicians write prescriptions for their patients and great ones let the body fights the illnesses on its own, without the aids of any drugs. in the end, he argues for a prescription with this "best" doctor. - people take a day off work to come see the doctor because you are their last option, since OTC isn't working for them. people need to keep their job. yet, you're telling patients you don't want to prescribe any drugs because you're a "great" doctor. - the same situation with my mom. we are changing for sure.
