The water pump on my car failed during a trip to Disneyland. Mohammed diagnosed it and since he was short that day and couldn't get it done he didn't charge for anything, despite several attempts to pay for the time. He referred me to Lawrence NAPA next door who was able to get me in and turn the repair around in 24 hours. There was a steady stream of local customers coming in while I waited for the diagnostic and Mohammed treated every one like an old friend, going above and beyond. His price quote was cheaper than I could get in Phoenix. Honest, customer oriented shop. I highly recommend!

I was in town for Disneyland with my wife and son. My check engine light came on and my car's transmission starting slipping. I was able to make it over and Muhammad, the owner treated us like family. Straight to offering cold water bottles and hot coffee. I was astonished to fine a truly honest mechanic. We were still able to make it to the park while I left my vehicle with him. He already knew off the bat what the problem was and fixed my car before closing time. He even had his daughter (so kind just like her father) pick us up with my vehicle. He showed me all the old parts needed swapped out. He uses all OEM parts and now my vehicle runs like a champ. This was the second mechanic I brought my car into and although he was unable to figure out the problem because of course my car was about to run fine there and the diagnostic came back fine, he was very friendly and helpful. Showed me everything. Didn't charge for a diagnostic. Checked my oil while I was there. Told me I would check it every 1,000 miles (I honestly just go off of my sticker but I appreciate all the help). Very honest mechanic.
