Every single person here, including Anthony and julio(hope I spelled it right lol is the most help I've received from any jackson hewitt location. The fees are discounted if you work for Walmart which is a plus and they have just as much knowledge if not more than anyone else I've dealt with. I recently did my taxes with Hanna at Jackson Hewitt. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service, my tax return only took about 2 weeks. The were able to help me with any questions I had in a timely manner and executed my taxes in a timely and professional manner.
