The patience Master Lee has with the little kids is remarkable. He takes time to make sure everyone in the class is learning and making progress. My kids are on the younger end and I can see how much progress they have made in a short amount of time. I definitely would recommend to anyone, regardless of age!

Awesome place to train or workout at. The kickboxing classes are my favorite because of the integration of learning technique and application of exercises throughout the class, I'd recommend trying the evening class. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are fun; the bjj classes give a great workout, teach technique, and the techniques learned can be applied in self-defense.The owner is a great guy, and the manager behind the desk is awesome and helpful.

Great mix of BJJ, Hapkido and Kickboxing and Krav Maga. Night BJJ classes show great technique and a lot of rolling. Focus is on survival and flow than submission, since there are a lot of white/blue belts it's good for fundamentals. Thursday classes are advance techniques and it's like getting private lessons with nth degree black belts. Morning classes are great for more serious fighters - you have MMA fighters training hard, you do padwork with another nth degree black belt in BJJ and hapkido with BJJ techniques that are have more ticks and turns than the ordinary and he trains u to fight in the ring. Night kickboxing classes are more for fitness, less technique but a lot of cardio so depending on your own effort, you can get a great workout. Krav Maga is is a lot of real world technique and it's like private lessons, can get repetitive but that's just the art Bc it focuses on simple combat styles in high stress scenarios. It's very collegiate and friendly and a good crew of guys and gals to help you along your goals. I agree there can be more structured sparring but if it's an extra 30 min added to the end of the class... rolling or sparring, that would suffice.
