I can't say that I recommend this place. The two people I talked to throughout the process were nice enough and very responsive, but there were a few issues.
Even though my deceased loved one pre-paid her cremation and put my name and address down to receive her ashes, they still acted hesitant to give me them, since I'm not next of kin. First, they said they needed to see her advance directive that I was on, which makes no sense, since she isn't alive. Next, they almost released the ashes to next of kin, despite me being the one on the paperwork, AND me stressing to them to NOT give the ashes to that person when they were received from... read full review
We are deeply grateful for the compassionate and professional care we received during a very difficult time. From our first meeting, the staff treated our family with kindness, patience, and respect. Every detail was handled with thoughtfulness and dignity, and their support made the process much easier to bear.
Amazing from beginning to end. My mother expressed how professional and genuinely caring this team was when she and my uncle were looking for a funeral home. She had found them from our church Sunday notice and they were responsive and very detail oriented.Emotions are very difficult to navigate when you lose someone and I took the role of communicating my mothers wishes to the staff on the viewing and the woman who was with us through it all was phenomenal.
