I've been suffering in pain with my neck/ shoulder for about a week. I couldn't help but to seek for professional help. I called Greenlife around 10:15 AM on 4/2/19 I informed them that I was in so much pain and that I would like to make an appointment ASAP. They were able to arrange an appointment for me at 11 AM 4/2/19. Once I walked in I was greeted by Dr. Mo. He requested me to file out a brief questionnaire regarding my health conditions.
