I can’t say enough about the Riverside office the entire team from Juanito to Lillly to JR Robert & Sequoia Edgar these people are dedicated hard-working on the ball and always extend their help. If you have an issue they’ll make a way to find what exactly you need and make things happen. This store personally to me is like Family. STAFF: 5 stars.The crew here on the morning of Wednesday February 7, 2024 was incredibly attentive and helpful. I noticed they would call for backup when there was a line to minimize wait time. Specifically, Anthony, Rick/Ricky (via phone), and one other Grainger team member were able to help me resolve my issue under manufacturer's warranty and bring back the pump we needed for our warehouse. I highly recommend this location and look forward to continuing to bring our company's business here.
PARKING: Easy and plenty.STOREFRONT: Clean and well organized.
