Absolutely terrible, it's happened 2 times now that we've scheduled them to come service our air compressor and they cancelled the day they were supposed to show up.

I've been using General Air for years. Bought a 30 HP screw compressor from them 5 years ago and been using them for all my compressed air needs since. I recommend this company. They have been fair on pricing and provided great customer service and are happy to help me even with the small things I need. I like supporting local companies when possible and this one is worth supporting.
