Ivan and First Response are life savers! After a week of failures with a different AC Repair company I found myself still stuck with a broken AC unit that handles the computer server room for our entire company. After calling several other companies who either didn't answer or told me they were too booked to help, I found First Response. Although they were also very busy, they understood and cared about the sense of urgency that we needed help and made time that day to come out and diagnose the issue. They took the service to the next level when they juggled the schedule to get another technician back out that day and install the part needed to actually fix the problem.... read full review
Mr Ivan is very helpful and was able to help us fix our unit. Knowledgeable about the AC unit that we have, he made sure our unit is up and back running in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends!
