Sarah made my first time visit to EWC just delightful! She made sure I was comfortable, asked my preferences about everything, set me at ease, and made carefree conversation. She did a spectacular job on my long-neglected gorilla brows, and patiently tutored me on how to apply pencil and achieve that same natural look when I do my makeup. When I asked to purchase the pencil she used, she refrained from the standard pushy upsell routine. In fact, there was also no pressure from the receptionist (whose name I’ve forgotten— sorry ☹️). I love coming here and have Paloma do my eyebrows every 5 week. Paloma has such a cheerful attitude and treats every customer like they are her favorite. She also does the best job on my unruly eyebrows. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at this location. Chrissy was amazing and easy to talk to. She made sure she talked me through the process which I always appreciate. I’m not sure of the young lady’s name at the front desk, but I appreciate her help with making a decision about getting my eyebrows waxed in the future.
