To say Dr. Tara is a healer is an understatement!! When I leave her office I feel like I had a full weeks of good sleep! Whatever she does when she treats me feels like I’ve had a massage, chiropractic adjustment and therapy all at once. I can’t explain it you just have to try it for yourself. I totally recommend her!
Dr. Tara and Rasta wellness have been such an important part of my health and wellness journey for both myself and my son. She is so intuitive and has helped me and my body through so many things. I’ve been a patient since 2018 and I recommend her to everyone I know! My 9 year old son is autistic and she has helped him so much after struggling with traditional doctors. He absolutely loves his appointments and we have seen such an improvement with his nervous system regulation.
There is no one like Dr. Tara! She’s a vibe and experience all in one. I’ve been seeing Dr. Tara for well over a year. NSA treatments have helped me reset and realign my nervous system. The great thing about Dr. Tara is that her care is holistic, she treats the whole person. She’s helped me make sense of my blood and stool work in addition to the NSA treatments.
