Jess did a portrait of my daughter for me and it came out so cute and healed very smooth. you can tell all of the artist there are super dedicated to their craft which is great to see in artists!

It’s been 2 years since I was tattooed here by the shop owner, palm tattoos are still perfect. Tattoo experience was great, minimal pain, clean, and quick. Shop itself has a chill ambiance-vibe, they have artists that specialize in different tattoo styles so whatever you’re looking for one of their artists can definitely take care of you.

Be careful of these 2, one claims to be the booking manager of "dean" one of the artists here at landmark tattoo, the communication between "tyson" and I seemed to be good but the communication between him and Dean must be little to non existent. 1 I showed up on time at 530 and Dean tells me he's almost done, over an hr later he finally comes over to me and asks what I'm getting, literally has no clue, I had to show him everything and explain again what his "booking manager" and I went over and agreed prices on. 2 Dean didn't even tattoo everything we agreed on, he left out little roses on each side that he was supposed to tattoo by my ears. He honestly rushed everything for reasons I won't get into. 3 Dean didn't even clean that tattoos after or cover or anything of that sort. 4 I asked about the roses and got no response really. 5 messaged his "manager" and asked what the deal was him not tattooing the roses and he said he'd ask Dean about it and came back with " Dean said he'll do them for $300" which of course I said no wth and I sent a long message saying what was what and it's been about a week and he's just completely ignored me and ghosted me. I would not do business with these shady people. I wouldn't expect the owner of this shop to do anything since he's good friends with Dean from what I can see on Instagram. Not good business practice to lure people in with prices and then pull a switch. Spent. $600 but won't be going back. I'll also be reporting them to the body art program environmental health division.

10/10 experience. My artist Bryan was so friendly, patient, gentle, and detail oriented. He kept making sure I was comfortable too. AND he was happy to take me as a walk in late in the evening. 100% will be coming back.

Today I went to this tattoo shop for the Friday the 13 deals. Yes I understand the wait time is going to be a while and I know this because I’ve gone to other shops to receive a flash sale as well.. but I did not appreciate the wait time and the way they handled this business on this busy “sale” day. They tried to increase $100 if we wanted to add color, size, change the style or change the location of the tattoo when they only said limbs. So if I got a 20 dollar tattoo I would have to pay $120 to do so which is pathetic. They had a young girl like about 12 years old take customers IDs and waviers to sign off on. I literally waited 4 hours in line and still had to wait another 4 just to get by the door! I wasted my whole day for them to take about 3 customers every half hour. I don’t know how many tattoo artist they had for this day and I’m not sure how they let people get as many tattoos as they want when there should have been a limit on how many tattoos people can get for this sale! But this place was very unprofessional and did not coordinate correctly. I got there at 2PM and probably would have received my flash tattoo at 10PM when they are not taking anymore clientele at that time. Also stating they were still going to tattoo till midnight and said they were open 24 hours for the flash which made no sense whatsoever! Very unprofessional and would not give this place any money or time. I understand we ALL just went through the pandemic but to rip people off and waste peoples time and not offer anything as in water or a coupon?? I mean cmon now! Be considerate that we give you business! So disappointed!

call the tattoo shop is awesome. They have some really great artists here. Josh is an awesome artist highly recommend.! but anyone of these tattoo artist will hook you up!! great worke here ! Definitely be back soon...
