we are so grateful to bill and his staff at cool air technologies for the awesome job they did in replacing our 39 year old hvac unit and all of the ductwork throughout the house. our cooling efficiency is at least 40% better than before and they modified the ductwork in our attic to make it look like the house was brand new. the professionalism throughout the job was superb, and their cleanup left the work areas spotless. as a small business owner, we try to support other small business operators that are local. they are the gem in that field, feel so fortunate that they helped us. their initial bid was very competitive, but most importantly, their follow through was... read full review
Our recent experience with Cool Air Technologies was fantastic! I reached out to them and first spoke with Trish who was just as kind as can be, she set up a date and time for Bill to come and give us an estimate for a new HVAC system. The day of the appointment Bill called ahead of time to say that he was on his way. When Bill arrived he simply asked some questions about what we were looking for and walked our home an discussed some options and explained what his company would do if we chose them, said he would have a quote to us within a few business days (he came out on a Friday). Bill and his wife were a huge help to my family. We have a condo, and our AC had been giving us problems; we wanted it fixed before summer. Bill was able to come over the next day. He told us exactly what needed to be done and was very understanding of our budget, exploring all options before giving us the final price. My wife was the only one home at the time, and he made sure to explain everything to her patiently and thoroughly. We have a dog as well, and he was extremely nice to our pet. We will definitely come back to him for any future needs.
