My family has been coming here for years, but this last time we went, the doctor was extremely rude and disrespectful to my mother. We went in because of the flu but for some reason the doctor’s main focus was my mother’s weight. She told her that she was fat to her face and that own her family didn’t care about her along with other unnecessary rude comments. They bickered back and forth the entire consultation. Absolutely unacceptable. We’re coming in to get better from an illness not to be insulted and ridiculed
Very sketchy place. Came in as I needed a quick check up for an eye infection. The lady taking my blood pressure didn’t know what she was doing. She used a manual cuff and didn’t deflate it at all and proceeded to say my BP was low. I have high BP so I don’t know where that came from. The doctor came in for less than a minute didn’t even look at me and just read the paper she had and told me I needed an injection. Another nurse came in later and told me the injection was an anti inflammatory. I was very confused and declined it. Didn’t get any antibiotics for the infection. 1st)Bad customer service! 2nd) my husband went in and like always drs just want to go in and out and sometimes you’re not even done explaining. I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always the same thing. Definitely my last! They try to give you medicine you don’t even need. The lady in the front (a chubby one) very rude. Doesn’t even greed you or anything. Seems like she’s always in a bad mood. Not the place to go to. The injections don’t work the first time. Next time I’ll pay extra and go to Clínica Mi Pueblo. Save your money and go somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE!
