Service was terrible. Went in with a concern and the doctor spent more time asking my medical history than actually addressing my health concern. After letting him know what I thought was wrong with me, he took a look for 5 seconds and said he was gonna have me do a bunch of bloodwork and to meet with a surgeon to see what they wanted to do. Didn’t ask any relevant questions regarding my issue or symptoms or anything. Went and scheduled an appointment with another doctor for a consultation right after.
I Love this Family ran clinic. l've been going to Dr Garcia & his wife (Nurse practitioner) Mrs Lisa Morrales for OVER 25 YEARS. I am one of his First & original patients here at this location on Harbor Blvd. in Anaheim, California. They have known & seen 5 Generations of my family. My grandmother, Mrs Josephine Lopes, my mother, Ms. Henrietta Cipres, Myself, Ms Desireé A. Thomas, my 2 twos sons, Anthony Cipres & Andrew Cipres Ortiz & my only daughter Lydia Escamillia & her children (my grandchildren.) 5 GENERATIONS. They have LITERALLY SAVED MY PHYSICAL LIFE Many of times. They really take the time in LISTENING to you and your problems. They're little hole in the wall office might not look fancy like so many other bigger medical clinics & there staff might constantly keep changing, but the Personal Care, Attention & time they take & make with each of there patients is what keeps me going back. They Don't rush you in or out of there facility. They sit down and get to know you as a Patient and also as a Person. Love Dr Garcia & Miss Lisa. They are Truly the Best & I'm not going anywhere
Please DO NOT COME HERE. Doctor and service is horrible. They NEVER pick up the phone, the doctor is rude and doesn’t care about your concerns. If you need a referral anywhere for anything good luck with that too because it will take them months to help with anything. Just like another review said they’ll just send you for bloodwork that’s it without addressing any of your actual concerns. The receptionist doesn’t like answering the phone that’s for sure, they say they’ll call you back and they never do and try to talk to you quick so you can hang out or they’ll put you on hold and hang up on you then won’t answer even after more than 5 calls.
