Clean Out Kings are the only plumbers I’ll ever use again! Today Our technician Bobby was changing our water softner Brine bin and within 15 minutes he was on the road. What are the chances that in those 20 minutes or so we had a major back up in the whole house! We called Bobby and he returned to the residence and cleared his whole schedule to completely clear our main line. He also had to tell us the bad news of roots growing through our pipes near the street and even included a video of the damage! Rest assured the Clean Out Kings are giving me solutions to fix my issue and at a reasonable price. Can’t thank these guys enough for saving the day!
We had a leak in our freshwater pipe that ran through the ceiling. I called in the evening before closing and they were able to send someone out and wave the emergency visit charge, which was great. Unfortunately, the plumber dispatched didn’t have the right size piping in n his truck so he couldn’t repair it, but he did set someone else up to come out first thing in the morning. They have a drywall/asbestos policy in place that you should be aware of. Initially, it wasn’t mentioned at all, so when a different plumber showed up the next morning he was not going to touch our pipe if we didn’t cut open a larger area of drywall in our ceiling ourselves or worse,... read full review
