I understand healthcare settings can be very busy, but the coordination between staff at this location seems to cause frequent delays and confusion. Appointment times often don’t feel well managed, and communication at the front desk could be improved.

Appointment was kept and had a doctor on site who could see me 30 mins sooner.

Andrian Haong is my PA, she’s been fantastic. Every time I went to see her or talked to her she was great! But, the front office staff on a visit or on the phone have been very unpleasant. They pretended to be professional but they showed rudeness and uncaring behaviors almost every encounters I had with them. Their customer service is very poor and made me feel mistreated. I am considering changing to a different provider since I do not want to get upset every time I encounter with the front staff.

I came here with a Consumer. We were 9 minutes late due to traffic. They turned us away telling us they do not give grace periods. If you are on time for your appointment, they have you waitng for long periods of time. Dr. is nice, but the staff is rude

I’m commenting based off the most recent review. I was sitting there waiting for my appt while this lady was screaming at staff. The staff only asked her to wear a mask and that is when she started yelling very rudely and calling them communists. I believe the lady sitting next to her (her mother) was the patient that day not her. The manager handled it well, they gave her options to wear a shield if she didn’t want to wear a mask or step outside while they treated her mother. She refused and acted like a child throwing a tantrum.

The worst public health center!!! This place is not in business to take care of your health needs. They are in business to control and lie to your face about policies and regulations. If you choose this place you are making a big mistake! Can’t wait to see what the medical board does about these ignorant people lying about policies and refusing to care for sick patients.

Don't even know what to say, it was such a bad experience. Plus the phone skills are seriously lacking, that is if you are not put on eternal hold. Go somewhere else...anywhere.
