Anaheim Healthcare Center provides care and support to its residents. Many patients have praised the attentive and friendly staff, including CNAs and nurses, for making their stay comfortable and reassuring. Residents have reported improvements in their mobility thanks to therapy sessions. The facility is also recognized for its clean environment and engaging activities that enhance quality of life. Family members appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff, who are dedicated to addressing concerns promptly. The food needs to be cooked better, and sometimes cheeseburgers are not provided. Some residents have had to complain about meals for days. The staff is exceptional, always attentive, compassionate, and patient, providing emotional support and treating residents with dignity and respect. The facility itself is clean and welcoming. Mr. Minh can speak Vietnamese to help Vietnamese people and is nice and kind. The staff is kind and efficient.
This is my second time here I love everything about this place Martha the CNA and Maruja social worker are awesome I appreciate them with my life.Nam Does such a 👍 job I'll miss everyone. I highly recommend Anaheim Healthcare to family and friends.
My experience at this facility has been mixed. The staff is very accommodating. I'd like to point out Anna med nurse, Maria cna, Michelle Resident Relations Sylvia case manager, Julia CNA as stars. There are a few more, but unfortunately I don't know their names. I especially want to thank my overnight caretaker whose name I don't know, but she went over and beyond.
My mom is going home this week. I appreciate Anaheim Healthcare provided my mom a good care and always having good Vietnamese food that she enjoys. I thank to Martha CNA and med nurses always around and help my mom whenever we need. Thank you Michelle Resident Relations for her Vietnamese translation and all her good attentions. I appreciate Dandy in rehab giving my mom awesome therapy. I will definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family.
