I recently hired Alps AC & Heat to replace my furnace /AC/Duct . Allen was able to provide me a free estimate with detailed descriptions of all work involved & walked me through different options. I found their estimate to be better than others considering everything including AC/Furnace /Duct replacement/ asbestos abetment & inspection was included. The asbestos abetment was done a day before ( they coordinate with abetment company) then next day everything else including removal /hauling of older equipments & installation of new AC/Furnace/Ducts was completed between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. There was a 4 men crew , they were professional & respectful to my space . They cleaned up well after the work was done . So far I am satisfied with the work they have done & would recommend them .
My service man was Alexis. He was very nice, informative and honest. I bought my HVAC from Alps several years ago. There good too at that time.
