Andrew, Jake, and Monica have supported me on numerous remediation, restoration, and rebuild projects. I manage over 900 homes, and they’ve consistently been prompt, responsive, and reliable. I would 100% recommend the North LA team—they truly stand out. I strongly encourage upper management to recognize their performance and consider using them as a training model for other territories. I experienced more errors than you can imagine, plus I have been asking for the Roof and the Gutters warranty for 4or 5 months now and have not received it Monica Mora refuse to mail it to me I need it for insurance it is proof I have a new roof. I will never deal with this company again for anything.
