Be gone, water damage! After purchasing a four-plex, I was confronted with a monstrous challenge. Had a large slab leak in my home. I called Curt at Accurate and they were at my house the same day. The entire staff and trades worked every day to remediate the problem and restore my home to better than previous condition. Mike Ryan orchestrated the coordination of plumbers, drywall, flooring, and painting in an amazingly seamless fashion. The work was done with quality workmanship as well as the job site was clean, quiet as possible and secure when they went home for the evening. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are the most important thing to have after a disaster of any kind. Flood, fire, water damage, anything. I cannot exaggerate the importance of having this company be in charge of restoration. In our case, it was mud. A major debris flow in Montecito California. We were at ground zero. We had 3 feet of mud and trees, boulders, parts of houses, and unimaginable damage to our property. Our guest house and garage had 3 feet of mud. Miraculously, our house was spared from having mud inside. They arrived and started immediately. The mud removal took two months.
