I had a fantastic experience with Vine Electric! Our technician, Cole, showed up right on time and immediately got to work. He was incredibly efficient and had everything repaired in no time. What really stood out was how friendly and professional he was throughout the whole process. He took the time to clearly explain all the electrical issues we were having with our light switches, which helped us understand what was going on and how he fixed it. Once again, Vine electric did not disappoint me. I had 2 censor lights replaced { they worked on the original lights 5 yrs ago} plus they changed the vanity lights in the bathroom. the customer service was very professional, friendly and pleasant. Lorenzo came and estimate the job and worked on it. He was very professional, pleasant, friendly. He was fast because he knew what he was doing. I recommend this company very much. They will do the job well and very transparent with the estimate . Im the type of person that if not satisfied with the work done…..I don’t go back and use the company. They deserve five star. Kudos to Vine Elec!
I had Vine electricians over today. They texted me that they were in route to our home. Both were very professional and explained what they were doing. Both were very respectful to our home and made sure that our two cats did not get the open doors. They took care of three overhead lights with new wiring, new switches and added two outlets. I highly recommend Vine electric.
