Paid $368 to snake a drain from the kitchen sink clean out port. Cleared the drain fine. Responsive customer service. Giving three starts because the tech accidentally turned a gas burner on and it was lit for a whole day. (We weren’t home when he came to snake the drain.) Thankfully, no major issues other than a really warm house and wasted $$$ on gas. Shame on me perhaps for not checking on the house directly after he was done. But thought it was worth noting.

New to the area, we’ve used several different plumbers over the last few years. I’m happy to say that I will only use JR’s from now on. They do a great job and they are reasonably priced. The workers are very knowledgeable and capable, finding solutions without over selling. And their receptionist is a treat! She is super efficient, a great communicator, and so friendly. No matter the issue, she makes me feel like everything really will be okay ?

This company and its employees are AMAZING. They are on time , courteous, efficient in getting stuff done quickly and correctly at a fair price , and I could go on and on . I use them at the property I manage and I could not be happier. They are highly recommended by me and my tenants are very happy as well.This company is the one to go with .I cannot say enough good things.Thank you so so much JR’S for your service you are appreciated????
